Credits
How do credits work?
Credits are how we charge for work: ¥1 = 10 credits. What a tool costs per run is shown under its start button, so you always see it before anything is charged.
Online top-up is not open yet; when it opens, it will use this rate.
Do new accounts get free credits?
Yes. A new account starts with some trial credits, enough to try a few runs. Free credits cannot be cashed out or transferred.
How are credits charged?
Credits are reserved when you submit a task; if it is cancelled or does not complete, they return to your balance automatically.

Where do I see my balance?
At the top of the left sidebar, next to your workspace name; in the editor, at the top right.
Using Eidopix
Which images can I upload?
JPG, PNG and WEBP, up to 25 MB each.
A sharp, evenly lit product photo with the garment laid flat or hung neatly gives much better results.
How long does an image take?
It depends on the tool and the size. A 1K image usually takes around 15 seconds, 4K about half a minute; a lifestyle set makes 4 photos at once and takes longer.
Background removal is usually done in seconds; now and then the service is just starting up and you wait two or three minutes.
1K, 2K or 4K?
Start with 1K to check the look, then make the 4K once you are happy. 1K is fine for previews and social posts, 2K covers most product pages, and 4K is for hero images people will zoom into.
How do I keep several photos of one garment on the same model, in the same style?
Use a lifestyle set: 4 photos of the same person wearing the same garment in one go. In virtual try-on you can also keep the same model and backdrop across runs.
Results and rights
Can I use the images commercially?
Yes. Under our Terms you may use results for product listings, ads and other commercial purposes, and we claim no exclusive rights to them.
Before publishing, check colour, fit and logos against the real product so the image does not mislead. AI results are not guaranteed to be unique; someone else may get something similar.
Where are my images, and how long are they kept?
Every result is under AI Images in the workspace, where you can filter by tool, download, or keep editing.
For now, results stay in your account. We still recommend downloading the ones that matter.
Are my uploads used for anything else?
No. Your uploads are only used to do the task you submitted. Third-party model and storage services take part in the processing; the Privacy Policy lists which ones.
If we ever want to use them beyond that, we will tell you first and ask for your consent.
