Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: September 20, 2026
This Policy applies to uploading, entering, generating, editing, storing and otherwise processing content through Eidopix. It forms part of the Terms of Service; terms not defined here have the meaning given there.
Follow applicable law and this Policy, and take responsibility for content and conduct within your control. Assessment considers content, purpose, effects and relevant evidence, rather than the presence of a particular word alone.
1. Sources and permissions
1.1 Before submitting content, make sure you may have it processed and use the results as intended. Buying or downloading an image does not necessarily grant editing, commercial, likeness or sublicensing rights.
1.2 Obtain permissions appropriate to the actual use of a real person’s likeness and information. For children and other minors, comply with applicable guardian-authorisation and protection requirements.
1.3 Respect rights and licence limits for brands, logos, product designs and other third-party materials. Do not use generation or editing to counterfeit products, fabricate authorisation or conceal material provenance.
2. Prohibited content and purposes
- Unlawful activity: fraud, unlawful trading, terrorism, violent crime or assistance with other illegal activity.
- Harm to people: credible threats, harassment, hateful or discriminatory attacks, or exposure of another person’s private or sensitive information.
- Sexual exploitation and harm to minors: sexualised content involving minors, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, pornographic face-swapping or sexual humiliation.
- Pornography and inappropriate content: pornographic or obscene material, or primarily sexually arousing content outside the product-imagery purpose of the Service.
- Identity and commercial deception: impersonation, forged identity or transaction documents, test reports or qualifications, false endorsements or reviews, or fabricated evidence of authenticity.
- Rights infringement: processing or distributing protected works, trade marks, likenesses, private information or trade secrets without a lawful basis.
- Misleading product depictions: fabricated materials, functions, test effects or other material product details likely to deceive consumers.
- Severe violence and abuse: promotion or encouragement of severe violence or abuse, or content primarily intended to display extreme gore.
3. Security and fair use
- Do not access another person’s accounts, content, systems or non-public interfaces without authority, or obtain or disclose their credentials or information.
- Do not introduce malware, conduct denial-of-service attacks or otherwise disrupt the Service or related systems.
- Do not evade content controls, account restrictions, reasonable request limits or billing mechanisms.
- Do not obtain promotional benefits or evade charges through false identities, abusive bulk registration or sham transactions. Ordinary use of an email alias is not itself prohibited.
- Do not rent or sell accounts, or resell restricted access or credits without permission.
- Do not scrape or automate bulk access without appropriate interface authorisation. This does not prohibit legally permitted research or interoperability activities, or authorised API use.
3.1 Report security issues to support@eidopix.com with necessary reproduction details. Do not access, copy or disclose unrelated users’ data, cause harm or use extortion while reporting.
4. Use and labelling of results
4.1 Review results before publication. Do not present synthetic experiences, product effects or other fabricated content as actual events in a way that misleads consumers or the public.
4.2 Each party must meet its applicable AI-labelling duties. Do not maliciously remove, alter, falsify or conceal legally required labels. Follow the relevant marketplace or advertising platform’s publication rules.
4.3 Technical processing by the Service is not our endorsement of a product, advertisement, claim or recommendation you publish.
5. Enforcement
5.1 We may assess suspected violations using valid reports, service records, necessary security checks and other lawfully obtained evidence. Measures should be proportionate to seriousness, duration, effects and recurrence.
5.2 Measures may include requesting proof of permission, refusing an affected task, limiting features, removing content, or suspending or terminating an account. Urgent threats, child sexual abuse, serious security risks or legal duties may require immediate action.
5.3 Unless prohibited by law or harmful to security response, we will explain the grounds and appeal route. A report alone does not justify unexplained permanent loss of access for otherwise compliant content.
5.4 Credits and paid entitlements are handled under the Terms, task status and applicable law. Enforcement is not by itself a basis to forfeit all paid balances.
6. Reports and appeals
6.1 Send reports to support@eidopix.com with the content location or task identifier, the issue, necessary evidence and a contact method. Avoid republishing private material in public channels.
6.2 If an action is mistaken, explain why and provide relevant permissions, source material or other evidence for review. We will assess the request as required by law and explain grounds and available next steps if it cannot be accepted.
6.3 Do not submit malicious reports, falsify evidence or use complaints to harass others. Materials are used only as needed to address the matter and are handled under the Privacy Policy.
7. Updates and contact
7.1 Material changes follow the notice process in the Terms. Revisions do not retrospectively make conduct a violation when it complied with the rules then in force, except where law requires otherwise.
